In this introductory workshop, we will explore what being an empath means, the different types and how to know if you are one. We will dive into the challenges and the strengths of what this particular psychic ability offers. There will be examples and exercises on how to sort out your own emotions from others, protect yourself from energy drains and ways to recharge. Seth Michael is a natural born psychic/medium with over 27 years of experience giving formal readings.
