Join us as we share how to use your heart-space in a powerful way to connect with your personal energy, and to become grounded within yourself. You will learn how to literally nourish your energy fields, how to raise your vibration and consciousness levels, and ways to sustain that state of being. This class time will include teaching the concept of heart-space, practice sessions so you know what it feels like, followed by an experiential meditation with crystals.
It is part one of our four part series on the four upper power centers within your body. These power centers are also known as chakras but we will use inclusive language to help all understand these areas. You do not need to know anything about chakras in order to understand these principles.
Your homework will be to practice what you have learned in the heart-space class in order to move to the second level. You will need all four class concepts in order to feel the full impact in your life and in order to have the most powerful affect to be what you choose, and to manifest what you choose.
But know, that heart-space is the most important class, and can be a stand-alone class because heart-space is the very foundation for everything!
