We will do a special guided meditation and show some ways to safely practice on your own. Some topics we will cover are the different ways to connect, what “Spiritual Downloads” are, why discernment is important, and how to trust your interactions to maintain a relationship with your spirit team and your true self.
Our goal is that each participant comes away with more of an understanding on how to obtain their own answers for decision making, overcoming blocks, and gaining insight of the universe. And also that a guide is not here to take over one’s life, but to only support, teach and help us to reach our greatest potential in life. The rest is up to you.
